New Wave MMA Fighters visit CRT at Cheetahs Gym!

Both with bouts coming up, Laura and Fred from New Wave Academy, London regularly come down to Brighton to train with MMA Strength & Conditioning coach, Christian Vila.

Here they work their Power Endurance with a relentless circuit of:

-300 metre row (in 1 minute)
– 50 metre run (down stairs)
– Double Battling rope waves- 30 seconds
– Tyre slams- 30 seconds
– Press ups- 30 seconds
– TRX Rows- 30 seconds
– Fast bag punches- 30 seconds
– 50 metre run (upstairs)

Repeat 4 times with no rest.

PS: Laura and Fred both won their bouts, and are now training hard for their next fights on Sunday 11th Dec, 2011.
